Hi, I am a frequent streamer on Twitch.tv. This afternoon I downloaded this program and set it up. It worked amazingly with a Bitrate of 3500. Now, using the same exact settings, I get a whopping 0-1000 bitrate. I checked my upload speed, nothing's different. It stays stable at first, but then decides to drop and stay very low for the rest of the stream. I am confused. Thanks for the help!

Could be a service interruption in your area with your ISP, or something else interfering with your connection somewhere. Maybe if you're sharing a network, someone else is doing something that is consuming a lot of bandwidth.
