Im trying to get my stream to stop spiking in bitrate. Right now Iv got it set to 3500-max and Same buffer. However sometimes itll jump up to 4000k-4800k. Is this normal?
And second, does anyone have tips for dealing with trailing effect? It happens a lot on grass and foliage.
