Question / Help Bitrate Fluctuates +/- 500

I'm having issues with my bit rate dropping to 1900 then back to 2400 and it keeps like that. Im worried because it might make my stream buffering for some people. I use 1280x720 30 fps 2000 bitrate. I got i7 6790k and gtx 970. Internet is steady and fast 47 mb up and 47 mb down. Any solutions for that? I've tried some few servers in EU and also tried Miami server, still same issues. Changing my bitrate to 2500/3000. No progress.

As long as you're not dropping frames, it should be fine. Such fluctuations aren't something to worry about. There's also an issue with twitch at this moment (that affects streamers, EU mainly), tho, i have no idea if that issue affects viewers too.
