I have been experiencing this issue for about a week now and I have tried multiple things to solve it, like reinstalling OBS, testing a different streaming site (Twitch) and downloading and updating network drivers. I try to stream on Youtube with a set bitrate of 13000 kb/s but after 10 minutes it usually only gets 170-200 kb/s bitrate. My network has 25 Mbits upload speed and was working perfectly fine before. Trying to steam on Twitch to rule out the possibility that it is an issue with the website, didn't fix the issue because I also got the same issue there. Any help with this is much appreciated!
