Question / Help Bitrate always red, no dropped frames.

As the tittle says, my bitrate is red 98% of the time, and the rest fluctuates from yellow and green. yet, the streams went well.
0 frames dropped.

For the time being Im trying to check new servers for testing

Highly recommend using x264 encoding instead of NVENC. NVENC is mostly there as a band-aid for those with poor CPUs, or to allow local recording at a much higher resolution/framerate than is being streamed, by using a second copy of OBS. With an i7-4770, you should have plenty of overhead for actual decent encoding.

Buffer issue does appear to be network related, tons of stalls in your logfile. May be a network, or ingest-side issue; I know there have been problems with some ingest sites the last few days.
