Question / Help Bit rate problem!

My current bit rate is put at 1000 but its still really jittery? How do i fix it? My current display on my computer is 1366x768 and im streaming at 30 FPS and my upload speed is 3.91! What bit rate should I put it at?

At 1000kbps I would downscale it to 480p or something like that. It's going to look horrible if you stream 720p in that resolution.

If that's your upload speed you can bump up your kbps to 2500 no prob.

Anyway if you stream with 30 fps it's not going to look as smooth as 60fps for instance, not sure if that's what you mean by jitter.

Can i stream at 60 fps if i stream GTA 5!? and well when i watch my stream on my dashboard its all jittery even my veiwers agree, but when i watch it back it looks perfectly fine! http://www.twitch.tv/igaxapollo/b/504304867 is that normal!?

GTA5 runs at 30fps on your console so bumping it up to 60fps probably wont help much. Post a log, that'll give more clues. OBS > Help > Log files > Upload last log

And when i stream i get black bars on the top and bottom of my screen. is that a way to fix that?
