Question / Help Big problem with my streaming.

I started streaming about a month ago and always run into this problem and could use some help.

A couple of my friends can't watch my stream because of stuttering/freezing. However the other half of the people that watch the stream can see everything fine?

They tell me that the video is super laggy for them, audio is crystal clear.

So far I've tried having the bitrate all the way up to 4000 (the same half can see it fine vs. the half that cannot) and I've had it all the way down to 1700 (same thing here).

Any ideas?

There's no problem on your end if only half of your viewers are experiencing problems. The other half must have a bad connection to Twitch.

Anything you recommend them trying? Besides getting a better internet connection maybe?

Another thing I left out is that the couple people having problems actually have very fast internet speeds and can view other twitch streams with no problem. Just mine is giving them the stuttering.

edit: Sorry another question: Should CFR be enabled while streaming to twitch?

yes you want cfr on (i belive that is constant frame rate)

and have the viewers who are having stuttering... have them refresh their browser to try and get better connection to twitch...

notice he didnt say they had bad internet connections, but just bad connections between them and twitch.... and that is quite common.
