Question / Help Big Problem r9 380

Hello I have some serious issued with my brand new r9 380 I see some green flashing things in the recording. The green flashing things are visible only in obs and in the obs's recording. I am facing this issue with every game and video source

It's a problem specific to r9 graphics cards and opengl games.
