Question / Help Big Delay on the my stream, help?

When I stream there is a 30 second delay even though in the options I set it to 0 seconds delay. What is wrong?

This is normal if using Twitch, their video system is not real-time.

Is there a way I could make the delay like 10 seconds or something?

lately twitch kinda forces approx 30 seconds delay at least due to some changes they did at least for europeans to fix the horrible laggs
