Question / Help Bicubic Sharper w/ 512mb VRAM?

Hey,

Do you guys think it would be possible to record with the bicubic sharper on game capture with 512mb VRAM?
I'm recording 720p 30fps.

No clue, but I know that whatever GPU you have has to support DirectX 10 or it won't work with OBS. Can't you just try it and find out that way?

Just because a GPU supports DX10 doesn't mean it supports DX10 feature level. you should try and record/stream for 5 minutes or more then post your log.

under load would be best so what ever the most intensive scene movement that you plan on doing would be best. otherwise you might find out later that recording desktop works fine but as soon as you get movement your settings suck.

it will fall back to compatibility mode and will have issues recording and downscaling.
