Whereas before it was operating very well :(

Disable DPI scaling in Windows.

This needs to stop being your solution. I have a 4K monitor. I cannot read the text on my screen when I have DPI scaling disabled. A lot of hardware is coming out now with DPI scaling on by default.

I code my programs for Windows to know how to deal with DPI scaling, and OBS needs to as well.

@Myria Unless you contribute the code to update OBS1 with better high DPI support it isn't likely to happen. All development effort is now being put towards OBS Multiplatform which already handles high DPI properly.
