Question / Help Best Way To Use Macros For A Razer Black Widow.

I use a Razer Black Widow Ultimate keyboard and always wanted to setup macros for streaming. I currently do it by setting up the hotkey (usually a ctrl+alt+shift+NUMBER) in OBS then setting that as a macro via my Razer Synapse. Now this is going to probably be a very stupid question but is there an easier to to do this or have I already done the only possible. I pretty much referring to a plugin or anything else to make it easier.
