Running an event where we are streaming to twitch but want to display the game in the same room as the players without delay. Casters will most likely not be in the same room as the players and stream so there is no worry surrounding a feedback loop.

What would be the best way to stream to twitch and stream to somewhere else without delay when a physical connection to the screen is unfeasible.

You could use NDI but there will be a really small delay (maybe 200-400ms), you also need another pc to play the stream and somehow a 1gbit network connection(might already be available).
The only option i can think of "without" latency is to use a hdmi-> sdi converter, use the fullscreen projector and run a long sdi cable to the monitor(requires an extra cable). Or a professional wireless video transmitter could also work(Paralinx Ace, Teradek BOLT)
