Question / Help Best values for streaming on Twitch

Hey.

Is there anybody who could help me with the values on my OBS settings.

I play on XB1 and I have no experience about these setting up the smoothest stream to twitch. My stream is laggy and the sound is quite terrible.

My internet connection is 100/10mbs and my PC is an HP Zbook 17 G2

PC Specs:

• CPU: 3.10 and 3.30 GHz Intel Core i7-4940MX
• Graphics: NVIDIA Quadro K5100M
• RAM: 16 GB
• Screen: 1920x1080
• Storage: 1TB 7200 RPM SATA, 256 PCIe SSD

To calibrate OBS for your PC, use Tools->Auto configuration Wizard
And be aware of the Twitch recommended broadcast bitrates: https://stream.twitch.tv/encoding/
