Question / Help Best twitch stream settings?

I have recently been trying my hand a streaming but i am not to happy with its quality.

With my 16Mb upload expected to be able to pull of a very clear stream but i cannot seem to achieve this.

That looks like a pretty good stream to me, though...WoW is a hard game to get looking good due to its high-motion nature. You might be expecting too much of what you can achieve from compressed video quality.
