My pc spec is:
- Alienware aurora r4
- intel i7 quadcore

My connection:

What you think about?

The games i want try to stream is League of Legends, Starcraft 2, Hearthstone, quakelive or Diablo 3... this kind of games...

And my monitor resolution is 1920x1080

Hmm. If you want to do 720P, I'd suggest:
Bitrates: 1800 Video, AAC 128 Audio
FPS: 30

Advanced settings: Keyframe Interval - 2 , Encoding Profile - Main. Check box for "Automatic Low Latency mode"

You're really just hindered here by your upload. You need to leave a portion of it for the online connectivity in the games you want to stream. You'll get a decent video out of it, But it'll be average at best with your limited bitrate options for 720P

Ok i understand! So i can stream medium quality of 720p whit my uppload limit connection...

Man i have another question... there is a way to reduce the streaming delay? If i watch the streaming from my phone i see it whit 5-10 sec delay! So i want know if this is a limit of my connection or there is a way to reduce this delay a little bit and how to do this?

5-10 second delay is actually...pretty fast with twitch. Generally users have around a 30 second delay anymore. There's nothing you can do to make it less, unfortunately.
