Hello, I've been streaming some CoD, RuneScape, MineCraft, & some other games lately all on PC, but those are the main ones. My stream has been running pretty decently, but I noticed within the last hour it's a little laggy.

Here's my PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

Here's a speedtest:

Here's my latest log:

What would the best settings be for everything? Thanks!

I see you're using Monitor capture with Aero enabled, which is the worst capture method in Windows 7. Try using only Window capture and Game capture to grab software content and see if that helps.

Yeah, I deleted like 4 scenes that used that & just have 2 now. I made FPS 60 too.

You're dropping a few frames...this is usually an issue with network connection to the streaming server. Try reading this and see if it helps: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870

My bitrate is and always has been 3500. Should I take it down some & make it 3400?
I wanna stream in 720p, though. My upload is in my OP. & how exactly will I be able to tell if a different server is doing better for me?

You'll be able to tell if it's doing better by seeing if you're dropping frames while streaming to that server.

Just because you were able to stream at 3500 one day doesn't mean you'll be able to stream at 3500 on other days, just due to the nature of the internet. Things change, load varies throughout the day, servers get stressed...the internet is volatile. You might be able to stream at 3500 during some parts of the day and not at others. It just depends. You can try all the things in that thread to see what helps. Just keep an eye on your dropped frame count.
