i need to know please whats the best setup from the motherboard to the processer to the gaming case and cooler master, i need to know EVERY last detail on what i need to make a good recording for youtube and live streaming to Twitch

Since money is apparently of no concern just go for the highest end parts on either of those lists. Don't expect anyone to fully spec out a system and hold your hand like you're requesting, that isn't really what these forums are for.
