Since today I got a new internet speed.

My upload speed is now 9.5mb.

So I did the estimator, which said to do 3000kb.
But then I still got 6mb left? So is there any higher rate I can do?

Also is it worth to stream 30+fps and in 1080?

I got an i7 and a 2GB Nvidia GeForce

In theory, yes. What game are you streaming? Settings can vary quite a bit depending if it a strategy game lie starcraft or FPS like CS.

From what I've talk to others about you rarely need to push more then 4k with a 1080p stream regardless of how big your connection is since you will only decrease the amount of people who can watch it.

Why? If you set the bitrate/buffer to, let's say 4k/4k, your viewers need to have a 10Mbit connection at least to be able to watch it smoothly. The less bit/rate buffer you have, the less strain you put on the viewers connection.
Since a low bitrate will show a lot of pixels on screen because it's compressed you can even this out if you have a monster machine by going down to "fast" on x264 preset but with your machine I would not go there.

The FPS part is a lot more dependant on your CPU so exactly what i7 is it? I have an i7-2600k clocked to 4Ghz and I'm struggling to push 59fps with 1080p.

I got a normal i7-2600 one.
I don't really want to stream in 1080, 720 is good enough.
And ofcourse i want that most of the people will be able to watch it!

Also i'm streaming CoD so it's pretty fast action

If 720p is enough, try 2944 bitrate/buffer, "veryfast" preset, Quality 7-8 and start from 40'ish FPS.

From there I would experiment with raising the quality to 8 (no need to go above that) and going slowly up the FPS count till you reach a point you are ok with.

If things seem odd, try switching between the EU streaming servers but generally you want to avoid using Frankfurt.

I now stream with
- 720p
- 3000 bitrate
- faster preset
- Quality 7
- 30 fps

This works fine, but I don't know if everyone can watch this ?

3k bitrate should be fairly easy for most connections to handle well, if you get complaints about lag from several people you could try lower it to 2.5k.

I wouldn't really recommend livestreaming with the "faster" preset though but since you are streaming from a console this might work for you. I only have experience with PC streaming.

I will put it on veryfast :)

Also I am using the Amsterdam server
