Question / Help Best settings with this setup?

I've been toying around with OBS to try and stream League of Legends but for some reason I keep getting choppy, bad fps when I play the game with stream on.

This is my internet speed :

What's the best possible setting that I could get without losing FPS in-game?

I use monitor capture to capture monitor 1 only. I use monitor 2 for things like skype, the twitch chat, and things I don't want to be on stream.

We will still need to see a log file. Which would have given us all the info you posted in the screenshot, but also more necessary informations like the encoding times etc.
In OBS select Help > Log Files > Upload last Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
