Question / Help Best settings Pls :D

Hi guys
I've got some questions on how can I stream League of Legends in the best possible quality.
That would be 720p @30-60Fps or 1080p @30Fps.

My PC Specs.:
4Gb DDR3 1333Mhz RAM
nVidia Geforce GTX 420 with 2Gb GDDR5 RAM
Intel i5 750 2.66Ghz, ~3.2Ghz with Intel Turbo activated

Internet speed: ~19 ping, 30Mb download, 5.5Mb upload if I'm NOT doing anything, only logged in to Skype.

Yeah, i saw it but the estimator and tried to set obs close to the result, but it's not exact enough.
So I just want something about bitrate/buffer size, the CPU preset and the resolution downscaling.

What do you mean you tried to set OBS close to the result? The estimator gives you some pretty clear numbers to use for your settings.

It says: Recommended max bitrate: 5, Recommended buffer size: 3

But if i put it on 5 I will have ~300 ping so I can't even play.
I tried 1800 kb/s but then I have 40-20 FPS in-game so again not so good.

I think I try 1800-2000 kb/s bitrate and 1500-1800 kbit buffer size.
What do you think about it, can it give any good quality?

That's because you put in your upload speed in terms of mbps instead of kbps. Go back to the estimator and multiply your upload speed by 1000, or just put in 5500kbps.

I did it like you say. I know what kbps means. So I put first time I tried OBS 5000 kbps and then had I the 300 ping.

But good news, I tried 2000 kb/s Max bitrate and 1650 kbit buffer size and it went fine when I looked at it on another laptop. But it still needs a lil' play cause I think it went only on about 20-25 FPS and was a bit disgusting.

I think you are not new in streaming. I think i heard your name on youtube or twitch and also looked at your channel on Youtube, and realized that you stream Tribes tournaments.(Sorry if I'm mistaking)

So I just want to say that it would be awesome if you could send me or simply post here your system specs and your OBS settings for all audio, video, bitrate etc.
