Question / Help Best settings for twitch streaming

Hi all,

I'm playing online poker which I am streaming.

I want to know which settings are the best to bring perfect quality without annoying buffering to my viewers.
I'm at work now so I can't tell the exact specs of my PC, but its a I7 with a decent graphics card and 1080 resolution. Microsoft Windows rates my PC at 7.8. That quite decent I think.

However. Do I have to stream at 720 to give my viewers a crystal clear with buffering experience ? What bitrate and bufferrate do you suggest me to use?

the best way to post your specs and settings is to attach a log file. Click help and post your most recent log. copy the link here.

the best if your PC can handle it is 1080@30 or 24fps for slow paced games. since its not fast moving there is no need for high frame rates but a big need for clarity which you can get with 1080p. 3000-3500 bitrate is needed for it to look good though so make sure you run a speedtest and have at least 4.5Mb/s upload speed

Dont sync audio to video. it often creates lag in game/stream.

20:54:02: buffer size: 2500
Since you have 10Mb/s upload set these both to 3500, bitrate & buffer

for poker you could stream 1080p30 with ~1000 bitrate and be completly fine since theres literally not moving anything
