Question / Help Best settings for this hardware

Intel(R) core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30 GHZ
12GB RAM
2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti



Can someone help me with settings for this hardware? I want to stream on twitch.tv, I was trying to setup obs but i have frame droping.This is my curently setting for obs.
