Best settings for streaming to Twitch.

So I own a Macbook Pro Late 2013 13" base configuration, 4GB of RAM and an Intel Core i5 4258U. Integrated graohics are Intel Iris 5100. I'm running Bootcamp for Windows to play GTA San Andreas and other stuff. I'm looking for the best settings possible at a reasonable quality such as 720p at least. The game itself IMO isn't really demanding, I do have TS3 running in the background as it's necessary. Any help will be really appreciated.

2. Run OBS as Admin
3. Use the QuickSync (QSV) encoder. Profile: High, Preset: Quality, Keyframe Interval: 2, B frames 2
