Question / Help Best Settings for recording?

Ok, thanks, but with this settings, and with vsync , i receive this: "High encoding CPU usage". I have 2,0ghz on processor :)). I don't know, i want to rec hd, with best quality and without lag.. With option "quick sync" i don't receive this notification with high encoding..
 
Set the x264 preset to ultrafast and downscale the recording resolution until performance is acceptable, or use Quick Sync or NVENC hardware encoding. If you choose to use a hardware encoder you'll need to undo the custom buffer size setting from the local recording guide and set a bitrate high enough that the output looks good to you.
