I want to record CSGO and would like to know the best possible settings to use with my current hardware. I've messed with some of the settings but my recordings still look very choppy and laggy.

System Specs
CPU : Intel Pentium G3258 @ 4.3
MOBO : Gigabyte H81M-S1
GPU : Nvidia 750Ti | 100+ core clock boost & 500+ memory boost
Memory : 8gb of corsair vengeance @ 1600mhz
Storage : 1TB HDD

You're going to want to follow that guide, except use NVEnc instead of x264, as that CPU will never do well encoding and gaming at the same time. Set the bitrate to something in the 20000 to 30000 range, profile High, keyframe interval auto, and use either the HQ preset (High Quality) or HP preset (High Performance).
