Question / Help Best settings for OBS, For ME?

So I am streaming to twitch live and I also want to be able to record it while streaming to upload it to youtube later. SO here are my pc specs.

And my internet speed is pretty bad, 13ms ping, download speed 16.25mbps, upload speed 1.12mbps. I want the absolute best quality that I am able to record/stream at without frying my pc. Please reply ASAP because I need to stream in 12 hours, THANKS! BTW I'm streaming minecraft.

Hmm, currently OBS can only stream and record at the same quality. But since you are very limited by your upload speed I would probably suggest to just do the youtube recording. The alternative at the moment is to run two instances of OBS, setting one up for streaming and one for recording. But this will probably be too much for your CPU.
So if you want to stream I would set OBS to a base resolution of 1920x1080 and downscale that to 480p (852x480). Set your video bitrate to around 700 and the audio around 80kbps. That should leave enough free room on your upload to still play an online game.
Activate the save to file option under broadcast settings to save the stream to your harddisk for later upload. And you are good to start testing.

i don't think 700 bitrate is enought

• Recommended bitrate for 1080p: 3000-3500
• Recommended bitrate for 720p: 1800-2500
• Recommended bitrate for 480p: 900-1200
• Recommended bitrate for 360p: 600-800
• Recommended bitrate for 240p: Up to 500

Well, you only have 1100kbps available upload, you need at least 20% free room for minecraft and other software's online communication. So at least 220 kbps should be free and not used by obs. If you set obs to 700kbps video and 80 audio we have 1100-780=320 free.
Recommended bitrates depend a lot on the game you are playing and the quality you really need/want. Personally I would try 480p with the mentioned settings. You can of course stick to the table and try streaming in 360p. But do not increase video+audio bitrate above 880kbps or you might start to lag or drop frames or even disconnect.
