Question / Help Best Settings for my WoW Stream? OBS Help please!

I got even a faster internet, but my upload is still below 1.0mb/s

Download: 12.90 mb/s
Upload: 0.96 mb/s

is my most recent log. Not sure why my stream has low quality but everything is in the green. I have a 1600x900 resolution recommended monitor. I put my Game graphics lower Also. Any recommendations? I am sure I have some settings wrong. Even if resolution is slow, I'd like a better stream somehow.
 
Hi Frank.
Your going to have to lower your resolution to get anything looking nice at that upload.
Don't worry about changing your game settings.

You should probably downscale your stream to either 720x576 or 540p

if your upload speed is .96Mb/s then that is 960Kb/s. you are trying to send 1500Kb/s so your connection is stalling. at most with 960kb/s upload, you can stream at 768kb/s and no more. this is why your connection is stalling.

@Prom3theu5 is correct though, 540p 30fps would do wonders at this upload
 
what should I have my CBR at? or is there nothing specific. my resolution is NOT set exactly at 540p but slightly lower, should i manually set my resolution to something other than 1600/900

No, you set it just lower than 540p but it wont be exactly 540p because your base resolution is different than 1080p, which is fine what you have
set max bitrate and buffer to 768 since that is honestly 80% of what you have. anything higher and you could saturate your upload which will affect your internet severely.
