Question / Help Best Settings For my pc??

hey guys!
I'm wondering what the best encoding and grahpics settings i should use because sometimes my games lag alot whem i start my stream..:(

System specs:
Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon 7950 3GB
8 GB ram
mob: MSI millitary class 4

INternet specs:
ping: 16ms
download: 33.70 mbps
upload: 15.76mbps

I hope this is enough information and that someone will help me out..
