I think your CPU supports quicksync, use that with 720@30fps

Ma' friends...i need setting please. :(
...use that with 720@30fps

If you need more settings like bitrate then we need to know what you can stream at currently. for 720@30fps 2500-3000 bitrate is recommended, but you have to have over that amount of upload to stream at that.

best bet, post your logfile after you've attempted to stream. its under the help menu. Copy the link and post the link here.

Open ended questions gets open ended answers :)

[Encoding]
Video Encoder: QuickSync
Video Bitrate: 2000-2300kbps (assuming upload/CPU can support/encode that)
Audio Codec: AAC
Audio Bitrate: 160kbps
CBR Enabled

Resolution: Native (if possible)
Resolution Downscale: whichever is 1280x720 (or any 16:9 resolution)
Framerate: 30 FPS

[Advanced]
QuickSync Preset: 7 (Best Speed) (or something like that)
Encoding Profile: main
Keyframe Interval: 2
Use CFR

That should be good, I believe

I can't use the quick sync on video encoder:(

If that's the case, you're probably going to have to enable the iGPU in the motherboard's BIOS.. Check the Device Manager first, though, to see if it's already there; you're looking for anything along the lines of Intel HD blah blah under Display Adapters

Alternatively, you might be able to use the VCE build and make use of your GPU for encoding

your CPU is to slow by itself to do x264 encoding but I think your GPU has VCE 1.0 which will work with the below build of OBS:

https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-branch-with-amd-vce-support.13996/

This build will take the loading from the CPU and put it on the built in encoder with your GPU.

R7 240 does not have VCE unfortunately, I would have mentioned it if it did.
