Question / Help Best settings for my pc build?

What i'm trying to figure out what's the best settings for my build in 720P?
Like what should i put all the settings at and etc, also im thinking about using obs multiplatform but it doesnt have all the nice plugins and all that correct? What's the difference between multiplatform and regular obs?

Get sure to have a stable high speed internet connection with about 4mbit/s upload, if not your kbit/s have to be less set

x264 ticked
enable cbr
no custom buffer or the same like max bitrare
2000kb/s ( probably 2500kb/s if your connection has this huge upload) all above 3000kb/s is better for partnered twitch streamer.
audio bitrate 124
aac codec
format 48khz
stereo

1280x720 resolution downscale 1.5 (if you have a 1920x1080p 16:9 screen)
lanczos
30fps

use multithreaded optimization
Processor priority normal

x264 veryfast
encoding profile main

Obs mp is just complete new coded obs which should work better than the original obs after its finished. It will get the old missing features soon back and a lot of new features. The design changed a bit. But you will be able to find after a short search the most stuff again. It is still in the beta so it could be still have a bit more problems like obs original.

Also i want to show whats playing on my itunes on stream, any specific plugin for that? Like is there a set of plugins that every streamer should have?
