What are you planning to do? record or stream? what games? because monitor capture will not work with full screen games the majority of the time.
in my humble opinion, your CPU will be to weak to stream with games. you might be able to record local though
all I'm saying is recording then uploading is probably your best bet. streaming is a whole new ballgame.
streaming had limited bitrate which means that you cannot compensate for low downscale with tons of bitrate to get the same quality. it is time sensitive as well which means your CPU has to keep up.
