Question / Help Best Settings for me

So i have a 100 down/ 5 up and always lagged on my previous build when trying to stream at 720p/30fps it had a FX 6300 and a 7870. Now i have a 8320 and 7870 and was wondering would that change things and if so what settings would be best for me at 720p/30fps and plese don't give me the link to the reccomended settings it says i can only stream at 480p but i know sevral people who have 5 up and stream at 720p/30fps no problem. thanks i will leave my rig specs and internet settings down below.

< my download speed was lower today as my provider was having latency issues.
 
you probably just putting things wrong into the estimator

and its the same as i would suggest except for the fact that i wouldnt really go over 2500 bitrate as a non partnered streamer but i'd also suggest 720p@30 with a 2500 bitrate
 
What game are you playing? You should be able to do 1080p30 or 720p60 at Very Fast preset, unless you're playing one of those high CPU/GPU games that leave nothing left for OBS. Try your current settings and post a log file.
 
well i must have thanks i really appreciate it. i will when i get the cpu it shoud be here by tuesday thanks for the advice.
