Question / Help Best settings for me? [Help!]

Hello, I was hoping to make a youtube channel and start recording minecraft and some steam games but I don't know the correct settings for me.. help? heres the things I have.

Win 10 Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ @2.60GHz 2.60 GHz 8.00 GB 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor...

EDIT: I also have Nvidia on my pc, NVidia GTX GEFORCE.

with those settings, set your CPU x264 preset to superfast and dont use crf lower than 18.
