Hello,

I recently got my new processor the I7-8700K. I came from an I5-7600k so it is a big improvement. But i wanted some advice on what might be the best settings for this new CPU. I mainly stream FPS games and i tried 900P 60FPS, which didn't really work with Battlefield 5 because i started lagging to much. I always streamed on 720P 30 FPS before but i tried black ops 4 on ps4 with my elgato and i loved how 60 FPS looked. now i wanna know if you think 60 FPS is still possible with 720P or if i should keep it at 30.
Also my download speed is 400 megabit/s and upload is 40 megabit/s.

Pretty much if you see something and you think something could be different or better let me know please.

Thanks in advance!

Here are my specs and settings:
-Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus X Code
-Processor: Intel I7-8700K 3.7 GHz (might OC later)
-Graphicscard: Gigabyte GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 6G
-RAM: 1x Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
-Capture Card: Elgato HD60 Pro

There are no "best settings." Please understand that every setup, for every use case, will be very different. Any guides or videos that claim otherwise are misinforming. Your best option is to start with a base and adjust as necessary. Test, test, and test again. We are happy to offer suggestions for any issues you may be having, but we will not give you a list of settings.

Please run the OBS auto-configuration tool to start off with. To use the auto-config, click on the Tools menu in OBS, select Auto-Configuration Wizard, and then just follow the on-screen directions. You can use this tool to get a set baseline settings for your hardware, and adjust as necessary from there.
