Question / Help Best Settings for CSGO and Diablo 3

Hey, I'm a CS:GO player and I need help with my streaming settings because people don't enjoy watching my stream when the pixelation makes it look awful.

Computer Specs:

CPU: i7-5820k
GPU: 2x Geforce 970
Memory: 16GB DDR4 2600 mhz
Motherboard: MSI X99A PLUS

Current OBS Settings:

Video Resolution: 1280x720
Bitrate: 3000 - Buffer: 3000
CBR and CBR padding
FPS: 30
Filter: Bilinear
x264 preset: Faster
codec - AAC , bitrate - 96

Anyone can help me out with some settings?

You're already above-grade for your settings. There's not a lot you can do.
And if you don't have partnership with twitch, you actually have bigger problems because of 3000kbit video bitrate. Buffering Hell.

2000 is closer to ideal if you don't have partnership. Picture quality will suffer, but it's easier to deal with lower picture quality if you're not buffering.

Most viewers that get stuck in buffering hell will simply leave rather than complain.
