Question / Help Best settings for Alienware Aurora R3?

I was going to start streaming again but I can't get my settings right. I'm using OBS on an Alienware Aurora R3, (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz, 4.00GB RAM) and I seem to have ok quality, but not the best. I also have black bars on the sides of my steam. What would be the best settings to use for my specs?

Also black bars can occur if you have a non 16:9 resolution.
There is nothing to fix but its also not necessary since it's automatically setup at the viewer's end. Just stream at your native display resolution for best quality.
