Question / Help Best settings for a 720p steam?

For some reason my streams are a tad blurry and I want to fix that. Here is an example of my stream http://www.twitch.tv/matchesfound/b/499901479

My Pc specs: I have an alienware laptop

My Internet:


I stream pc games. So can somebody give me a full rundown of the best settings for me to use please?

My bitrate also cant be over 2000 because its drops below that on obs while streaming.

The log shows that you're pretty much already doing the best you can with the bitrate you have available. You might try a 1.25 downscale and see if you like it better, it'll match your limited bitrate a bit better.
