Question / Help Best settings for 1080p recording?

Okay, so I'm new to this forum. I just downloaded the latest version of OBS (15.4) and I want to know what are the best settings for recording at 1080p 60fps. I know my system can handle it. Also, I tried to do a test live stream and the live stream wouldn't end when I clicked stop streaming. It went on for past 10 mins and I just force closed it. Any help with these please?

Simple output mode, Recording quality of indistinguishable, encoder of software low cpu use, nvenc or quicksync, and video settings of 1920x1080 base and scaled resolution 60fps.
