Question / Help Best setting for streaming lol help

Have you checked the Official Overview and/or Official Quick Start guide yet? They both list some basic streaming settings you can try. There's also Stream Settings Estimator.
Im using this setting but when i start streaming my fps are 90 but after 5 minute my fps are 60 and then when i do 5 vs 5 my fps are 30/40, how can possible it?

Anyways, one thing I've really noticed has nothing to do with OBS settings themselves, but rather in-game settings. In my experience, OBS doesn't play well with VSync. I'd also tell you to use the same buffer as you have set for your bitrate. (In this case, 3500.)
