Question / Help Best Setting For league of legends??

Hi, when I try to stream LoL my frames drop to like 40 when my monitor has a max of 144, how can i change the settings?
My specs are: Intel i5 4670k, ASUS z87-PLUS, Kingston HyperX Beast 2444MHz 8GB, EVGA GeForce GTX 770 SC FTW,
