i did the estimator and it says this also will setting to ultrafast damage my CPU at all?

CPU Advice
  • Set downscale to 480p or similar low resolution
  • Set FPS to 25
  • Consider using superfast preset if you experience high CPU usage (not recommended)
Game Advice
  • Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
  • Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
  • Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.
Network Advice
  • Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
  • Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
  • Enable CBR for improved stream stability
  • Recommended max bitrate: 3500
  • Recommended buffer size: 3500

Ultrafast will make it easier on your CPU, not harder. So no, it will not damage your CPU.

well i hope upgrading to a Intel core 2 quad 2.83GHz will help streaming a bit!
Honestly. I wouldn't waste the money on a c2q as a stop-gap, unless its insanely cheap (~$10-$15) It's still going to be so far behind the 8-ball, you'd be better off not streaming in the mean time, and putting towards the cash for a proper upgrade. I know it's a hard pill to swallow, but your pc is just super underpowered. You'll have a much better quality stream, and hence a much more enjoyable time streaming, if you commit some resources to a new pc.
