Question / Help Best quality for my upload speed. :)

Heyo guys, I'm desperate and can't get a fair quality stream with my upload speed, could you please help me? I'm mostly playing multiplayer games and it would be awesome if it doesn't slightly affect my ping.

Specs:
i5-4460
8GB RAM
128GB SSD
1TB HDD
GTX 760 Twin Frozr 2GB
Upload speed - 2.51mbit[from speedtest.net, tested around 10 times, it's constant]
Download speed - 10mbit

try something like
1280x720
30fps
1800bitrate/buffer

at this point you can test if your ping is stable, if not try minimize networkt impact if nothing helps lower bitrate
