Question / Help Best Preset for me?

Do you guys think i should use the preset veryfast BUT wen im streaming i have around 95% cpu/processor usage. Or should i put it on superfast with less cpu/processor usage?

here it is, please note that the issue might be something else than the preset. So please check on other settings that arent right.
