Question / Help Best OBS settings?

I used to stream League of Legends a few years ago and just recently started to get back into it again, however I can't find the best/optimal settings for my PC. When I use OBS it's choppy and kinda laggy but I have over 100 fps in game. I have my settings set to default again so I can basically start over. I'm on an Alienware Aurora R3, Windows 7 64 Bit Operating System, 4GB of RAM, processor is, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz, Nvidia Geforce GT 730 (just recently put this in and I've noticed it's not as good as my old GTX 550 ://)

I really have no clue what settings to use lol. I just want to start streaming regularly again.
 
This might help some; go to this link and choose the options that best match your setup and see what it says.


Also, as for the video card. As a s heads up General GTX models will be more powerful than GT models. Even though the one is a 730 and the other was a 550 - the GTX models tend to have higher clock speeds, etc. compared to GT models.
