Best obs settings for streaming

I tried streaming but the it occasionally lags in games like minecraft. I want to know what settings that is optimize for my specs. My game doesnt lag but the game ON the stream lags while webcam ect is not lagging.

These is my specs :

Ryzen 5 3600
Rtx 2060
16gb ram

My current obs settings

Nvenc H.264
CBR
6000 kbps (my upload speed is 45mbps)
Keyframe interval = 2
Preset Quality
Profile high
Max b frames 2
base resolution is 1080p downscale to 720p 60 fps with Lanczos

Sorry i can't post obs log file because i frequently close and opened them back to try and figure out whats wrong

Depends - what are you streaming to? (answer can vary by platform)
Downscaling to 720p - does that mean Facebook?

And then basic issues of what yoyu have running in background (not OBS related)? and how complex your OBS Scene/Source settings are (so stream or record for a few minutes, at least, and post log). You description above is inadequate to determine source of throughput issue
