Question / Help best OBS settings for recording CS:GO

just as title says, i was just wondering what was the best obs settings for recording. also if there are any csgo guys in here. what settings would you recommend for me in game? im on a laptop

yeah but what about the settings on obs, i saw some saying to do this and that to the buffer rate and other stuff like that.

Under "Encoding" untick use cbr
quality balance should be 10
max bitrate is 1000
custom buffer size is ticked and buffer size under that is 0

go to advanced
keyframe interval =0
tick "custom x264 endcoder settings" and use crf=20 (anywhere from 20-15 is a good level just play with those numbers. the lower you go the better quality you get)

and that's it.
make sure under video you are downscaling to 720 and the FPS is at 60
