Post your logfile: but based on your CPU type, you wont be able to do very high quality since its a bulldozer quadcore. which isn't a strong CPU.

here is the link to my logfile i guess...

hope for good news.
first, remove the monitor capture from your scene. dont combine monitor capture with game capture, use game capture when at all possible.

Second,
run this tool for your region:
http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester
then post a screenshot of the results.

you said you have 6Mbps upload, that isn't what I'm seeing. you are attempting to use 350 bitrate which is 0.350Mbps and your connection is stalling out.

downscale your video to 480p should help alot.

set scene buffering to 700ms.

post another log when you've done all of this.

and the scene buffering to 700 ms ? like the last option at obs then i have a 3300 ms ? must change it too 700 yeah?

scene buffering is in OBS settings under the advanced tab. set it to 700ms.

yes, downscale like that.

or even 360p

Ok here i guess itz like this.
I uploaded the picture.
No, that is not scene buffering. scene buffering is in the advanced tab of OBS.
settings_advanced.png

ignore the settings on this screenshot. its just an example. its called "Scene Buffering Time (milliseconds)"

seems that you have enough upload speed to stream. now try this. increase the max bitrate from 350 to 2500

Szenen Pufferzeit should be 700

yes, both bitrate and the puffer should match. so yes, 2500.
