Question / Help BEST OBS Setting for the Game Dishonored

I am a youtuber and I bought the game Dishonored it is very good game i like it but when i record it in the preview it usually stutters but in my game screen it is very smooth going. sometimes it also lags for both my game screen and even in the video. i really want to record it smooth FPS so it there any specific setting i can use pls tell me:)

MY SETTINGS FOR Encoding, Video and Advanced.

nvenc needs a LOT more bitrate than x264 to maintain quality.
