Best fortnite recording settings

Hello,

I have been trying to record Fortnite with OBS on my laptop (Acer Aspire E5-576G) but can't find the right settings for the best performance to looks.
Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-8250U @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz
RAM: 16.0 GB DDR3 1600MHz (8gb*2)
High-performance GPU: NVIDIA GeForce MX150
Intel GPU: Intel UHD 620

Internet specs (Ethernet):
Delay: 73ms
Download: 135.46 Mbps
Upload: 49.69 Mbps
